The main offering of Regan Byrd Consulting LLC is private trainings for organizations, businesses, community groups, and other entities. These trainings can be more broadly focused on anti-oppression/diversity/equity/inclusivity theory and practice, or specifically tailored to dive deeper into industry or community specific issues through the lens of anti-oppression. Regan will work directly with clients to design the training content and deliverables, to ensure a substantive and transformational learning experience. These trainings can be designed for either an in-person session or online via webinar or video conferencing. Please see below for examples of former and current clients.
AUDITS AND EVALUATIONS
Regan Byrd Consulting has nearly a decade and a half of organizational operations, strategic planning, and evaluation expertise. Regan can support organizations with auditing internal processes, evaluating external programming impact, and either directly crafting solutions or making recommendations for improvement.

Regan also provides individual and organizational consultations to organizational leadership, organizational committees and workgroups, community members, business owners, and individuals looking to co-think solutions to specific problems with an anti-oppression expert. Consultation can also includes a wide-range of organizational support offerings, such as facilitating a DEI committee, developing a staff survey, or crafting language for a webpage.
KEYNOTES, EVENT SPEECHES, AND PANEL DISCUSSIONS
Regan is a dynamic, joyful, and entertaining speaker. She is available to speak at your event or conference on a wide variety of topics, including her personal experiences as a queer, neuro-divergent woman of color, anti-oppression concepts, such as systemic racism, sexism, classism etc, implicit bias, intersectionality, allyship, and many other topics. She is also available for panel discussions, and has participated on several expert panels on topics such as police brutality, feminism, anti-racism, the non-profit industrial complex, and homelessness.
Regan is a trained facilitator and is available for facilitation requests for team building, harm reduction, community meetings, board meetings, stakeholder feedback, etc. Using non-violent communication techniques and dialogue strategies, Regan can guide conversation towards productive outcomes and promote healthy conflict, relationships, and trust building. Regan is also available for conflict mediation and individual coaching, especially around issues of discrimination, oppression, and identity.

An accountability partnership refers to a formal collaborative and evaluative relationship between an individual or organization undertaking anti-oppression/diversity/equity/inclusion initiatives, and an accountability partner who is both an expert in that work, and directly affected by oppressive systems being examined. The accountability partner is primarily responsible for supporting the self-accountability and goals of the individual/organization and providing on-going consultation, problem-solving, coaching, and evaluation.
